Wilde Matilde Berlin is one of the capital’s most renowned themed restaurants. Our guests enjoy German cuisine, homemade cakes and pastries, over 150 creative cocktails, and a unique entertainment program featuring variety shows, burlesque, acrobatics, and live music.
Every Friday and Saturday, our restaurant transforms into a spectacular show stage. Guests from Berlin, Germany, and around the world enjoy an evening filled with culinary delights, entertainment, and a unique atmosphere. Our kitchen plays a crucial role every day in making this experience perfect.
your tasks
As a cook, chef de partie, sous chef, or commis chef, you will prepare our dishes using high-quality, fresh ingredients. You will organize your kitchen station independently, work closely with your team, and ensure that quality, taste, and presentation always meet the highest standards.
Depending on your position, you will take responsibility for individual areas of the kitchen, support the development of new dishes and, together with your team, ensure a smooth process – from the first guest to the last plate.
