The Wilde Matilde Pastry Shop
When she was young, Matilde was a pastry chef at the famous Café Bauer on the boulevard Unter den Linden at the corner of Friedrichstrasse. Today, the sweetheart with a heart and a mouth delights her guests with delicacies and prefers to serve a cup of glitter cappucino with them.
In the Wilde Matilde everything is handmade and homemade. Our patissière goes wild in her confectionery and conjures up small nibbles such as petit fours, pralines, macarons, but also great delicacies such as love bones, apple or cheese cake, Berlin pancakes, cream bombs such as Black Forest Kirsch or strawberry and chocolate cakes to pompous birthday and wedding cakes!
