Auch das Essen und die Kaffeespezialit\u00e4ten waren absolut top und extrem lecker. Unsere Fr\u00fchst\u00fccks-Etagere f\u00fcr zwei Personen war reichhaltig gedeckt, sehr schick angerichtet  \u2013 daf\u00fcr w\u00fcrde ich am liebsten 7 von 5 Sternen geben! Einziger Haken: Das Brot hat f\u00fcr die Menge an Belag nicht ganz gereicht. Wir hatten allerdings regelrecht Angst, Brot nachzubestellen, weil wir schon so lange auf die Etagere warten mussten und bef\u00fcrchteten, dann noch eine Stunde dort zu sitzen.&#10;&#10;Denn der Service lief leider absolut planlos ab. Obwohl am Sonntag kaum etwas los war (vielleicht 30-40 Leute, die Nebens\u00e4le komplett leer), wirkte das Personal v\u00f6llig \u00fcberfordert.   Das hatte was davon, als m\u00fcssten die \u201eDrei Damen vom Grill\u201c aus der alten Fernsehserie pl\u00f6tzlich ein Auto reparieren. Keiner hatte eine Struktur.&#10;&#10;Dabei war die Bedienung eigentlich super liebenswert, charmant und brachte tolle Spr\u00fcche mit echter \u201eBerliner Schnauze\u201c. Als meine Freundin einen Chai Latte bestellen wollte, hie\u00df es direkt im Dialekt: \u201eNee, dett kannste bei uns nisch trinken, dett schmeckt schei\u00dfe. Ich bin ehrlich zu euch, ick will ja kene schlechte Bewertung.\u201c Sie entschuldigte sich auch mit einem \u201eSch\u00e4tzelein, bist mir nicht b\u00f6se\u201c. Das war wirklich sympathisch, aber die Organisation stimmte einfach nicht. Die liebenswerte Berliner Art bleibt uns herzlich in Erinnerung.&#10;&#10;Wie chaotisch es war, sah man \u00fcberall: Ein \u00e4lterer Herr am Nachbartisch fragte schon, ob er helfen k\u00f6nne, weil es an allen Ecken und Kanten hakte. Und an einem anderen Tisch musste der Gro\u00dfvater vier- bis f\u00fcnfmal zum Tresen laufen, weil Besteck, Brot oder Getr\u00e4nke fehlten. Zudem stehen die Tische so extrem eng, dass man, wenn man erst einmal sitzt, nicht mehr aufstehen mag. Schade auch: Die Bedienung am Tisch wusste nicht, welche Torten es vorne gab. Zum Nachgucken kam man durch die Enge aber kaum mehr raus \u2013 das k\u00f6nnte man drinnen besser anpreisen (Tafel)&#10;&#10;Fazit: Wenn das Personal besser eingestimmt ist und jeder feste Aufgaben und Tische hat, sollte es deutlich besser laufen. Da ist im Service noch sehr viel Berliner Luft nach oben! Auch das Essen und die Kaffeespezialit\\u00e4ten waren absolut top und extrem lecker. Unsere Fr\\u00fchst\\u00fccks-Etagere f\\u00fcr zwei Personen war reichhaltig gedeckt, sehr schick angerichtet \\u2013 daf\\u00fcr w\\u00fcrde ich am liebsten 7 von 5 Sternen geben! Einziger Haken: Das Brot hat f\\u00fcr die Menge an Belag nicht ganz gereicht. Wir hatten allerdings regelrecht Angst, Brot nachzubestellen, weil wir schon so lange auf die Etagere warten mussten und bef\\u00fcrchteten, dann noch eine Stunde dort zu sitzen. Denn der Service lief leider absolut planlos ab. Obwohl am Sonntag kaum etwas los war (vielleicht 30-40 Leute, die Nebens\\u00e4le komplett leer), wirkte das Personal v\\u00f6llig \\u00fcberfordert. Das hatte was davon, als m\\u00fcssten die \\u201eDrei Damen vom Grill\\u201c aus der alten Fernsehserie pl\\u00f6tzlich ein Auto reparieren. Keiner hatte eine Struktur. Dabei war die Bedienung eigentlich super liebenswert, charmant und brachte tolle Spr\\u00fcche mit echter \\u201eBerliner Schnauze\\u201c. Als meine Freundin einen Chai Latte bestellen wollte, hie\\u00df es direkt im Dialekt: \\u201eNee, dett kannste bei uns nisch trinken, dett schmeckt schei\\u00dfe. Ich bin ehrlich zu euch, ick will ja kene schlechte Bewertung.\\u201c Sie entschuldigte sich auch mit einem \\u201eSch\\u00e4tzelein, bist mir nicht b\\u00f6se\\u201c. Das war wirklich sympathisch, aber die Organisation stimmte einfach nicht. Die liebenswerte Berliner Art bleibt uns herzlich in Erinnerung. Wie chaotisch es war, sah man \\u00fcberall: Ein \\u00e4lterer Herr am Nachbartisch fragte schon, ob er helfen k\\u00f6nne, weil es an allen Ecken und Kanten hakte. Und an einem anderen Tisch musste der Gro\\u00dfvater vier- bis f\\u00fcnfmal zum Tresen laufen, weil Besteck, Brot oder Getr\\u00e4nke fehlten. Zudem stehen die Tische so extrem eng, dass man, wenn man erst einmal sitzt, nicht mehr aufstehen mag. Schade auch: Die Bedienung am Tisch wusste nicht, welche Torten es vorne gab. Zum Nachgucken kam man durch die Enge aber kaum mehr raus \\u2013 das k\\u00f6nnte man drinnen besser anpreisen (Tafel) Fazit: Wenn das Personal besser eingestimmt ist und jeder feste Aufgaben und Tische hat, sollte es deutlich besser laufen. Da ist im Service noch sehr viel Berliner Luft nach oben! Weil das Essen aber fantastisch war und die Bedienung trotz der totalen Unbeholfenheit unheimlich charmant und lieb war, geben wir im Gesamten verdiente 4 Sterne.
